摘要
对表面活性剂减阻机理、表面活性剂溶液流变特性、表面活性剂减阻效果的影响因素以及表面活性剂在暖通空调的应用进行分析.相对于高分子聚合物减阻,表面活性剂减阻在拥有良好减阻效果的同时,具备很好的抗剪切性能,既适用于循环式流体输送系统,又适用于非循环式流体输送系统.研究方向包括:表面活性剂减阻过程中的微观结构以及流变特性还需要进一步研究,以更好实现与其他减阻方法协同减阻.合理有效地运用、调节表面活性剂减阻效果影响因素,使减阻溶液持续高效发挥作用.开发适用于低温、高温工况的无腐蚀性的新型表面活性剂.表面活性剂在使用后的无害化处理.
Abstract
The mechanism of surfactant drag re-duction,the rheological characteristics of surfactant solu-tion,the influencing factors of surfactant drag reduction effect,and the application of surfactant in HVAC are an-alyzed.Compared to polymer drag reduction,surfactant drag reduction has good shear resistance while having good drag reduction effect.It is suitable for both circu-lating and non circulating fluid transport systems.The research direction includes further investigation of the microstructure and rheological properties during the drag reduction process of surfactants,in order to better a-chieve synergistic drag reduction with other drag reduc-tion methods.The factors influencing the drag reduction effect of surfactants are reasonably and effectively ap-plied and adjusted,so that the drag reduction solution can continue to play an efficient role.New non-corro-sive surfactants suitable for low and high temperature working conditions are developed.Surfactants are trea-ted harmlessly after use.
