摘要
为保证LNG薄膜罐外罐内壁面防潮层涂刷和绝热板安装施工环境满足要求,建设一套空调系统.该系统室内机置于储罐内部,室外机置于储罐外部,处理后的空气通过竖直风管送至LNG薄膜罐外罐内壁面.送风口采用孔口,能获得较好的送风效果.根据工程应用情况,该空调系统能提供满足薄膜罐施工所要求的环境条件.
Abstract
In order to ensure that the construc-tion environment for painting the moisture-proof layer on the inner wall of the outer tank of the LNG membrane tank and installing the insulation board meets the re-quirements,a set of air conditioning system is construc-ted.The indoor unit of the air conditioning system is placed inside the tank,and the outdoor unit is placed outside the tank.The processed air is sent to the inner wall of the outer tank of the LNG membrane tank through a vertical air duct.The air supply outlet adopts an orifice,which can achieve good air supply effect.Ac-cording to the engineering application,the air condition-ing system can provide environmental conditions that meet the requirements for membrane tank construction.
