摘要
设计基于YOLOv5网络模型的户内燃气安全检查仪,在燃气公司工作人员不入户的情况下,实现燃气泄漏检测、简单隐患识别、检查结果告知等功能.对检查仪的功能、硬件设计和软件设计、隐患识别算法进行探讨.采用该检查仪,未用气接头未封堵、软管老化、管道锈蚀的隐患识别准确率较高,无管箍、无烟道、烟道破损的隐患识别准确率较低.
Abstract
The indoor gas safety inspector based on YOLOv5 network model was designed,which can a-chieve functions such as gas leakage detection,simple hidden danger identification and notification of inspec-tion results without the entry of gas company staff.The functions,hardware design,software design and hidden danger identification algorithm of the inspector are dis-cussed.By using this inspector,the identification accu-racy of hidden dangers such as unsealed gas joint,ag-ing hose and pipe rust is high,while the identification accuracy of hidden dangers such as no pipe clamps,no flue,and damaged flue is relatively low.
