摘要
运用对标原理,基于城镇燃气企业生产运营特点,建立城镇燃气生产效率评价指标体系.该指标体系根据管理水平、作业效率、生产运营成本、服务水平,对城镇燃气企业生产经营现状进行定量评价.介绍对标管理及类型,给出指标体系建立原则,对各评价指标进行分析.
Abstract
Using the benchmarking principle,the evaluation index system for urban gas production efficiency is established based on the production and operation characteristics of urban gas enterprises.Ac-cording to the management level,operation efficiency,production and operation cost and service level,the in-dex system quantitatively evaluates the production and operation status of urban gas enterprises.The bench-marking management and types are introduced,the principles of establishing the index system are given,and the evaluation indexes are analyzed.
