以错流式平板膜除湿组件为研究对象,实验分析膜组件进口湿空气流速、进口湿空气温度、进口湿空气含湿量、进口除湿溶液速度、进口除湿溶液温度、进口除湿溶液质量分数等因素对膜组件除湿性能的影响.降低进口湿空气流速可提高膜组件的除湿性能.与进口湿空气流速相比,进口湿空气温度、进口湿空气含湿量对膜组件除湿性能影响较小.增大进口除湿溶液流速可提高膜组件除湿性能.与进口除湿溶液流速相比,进口除湿溶液温度、进口除湿溶液质量分数对膜组件除湿性能影响较小.
Experimental Study on Dehumidification Performance of Cross-flow Flat Membrane Dehumidification Module
Taking the cross-flow flat membrane dehumidification module as the research object,the effects of inlet humid air velocity,inlet humid air tem-perature,inlet humid air moisture content,inlet dehu-midification solution velocity,inlet dehumidification so-lution temperature,inlet dehumidification solution mass fraction and other factors on the dehumidification per-formance of membrane module are experimentally ana-lyzed.Reducing the inlet humid air velocity can im-prove the dehumidification performance of the module.Compared with the inlet humid air velocity,the inlet humid air temperature and inlet humid air moisture content have less influence on the dehumidification performance of the membrane module.Increasing the inlet dehumidification solution velocity can improve the dehumidification performance of the membrane mod-ule.Compared with the inlet dehumidification solution velocity,the inlet dehumidification solution temperature and inlet dehumidification solution mass fraction have less influence on the dehumidification performance of the membrane module.
