摘要
针对LNG渔船冷能利用装置蓄冷时间过长、LNG-蓄冷剂换热器中蓄冷剂凝固的现象,进行分析研究,发现问题产生的原因:蓄冷剂储罐测温位置不佳、LNG-蓄冷剂换热器换热效果不佳或蓄冷剂凝固点偏高.试验发现,蓄冷剂凝固点满足工艺要求,因此对蓄冷剂储罐测温位置、LNG-蓄冷剂换热器设备形式进行改进,在原工艺中的螺旋盘管式换热器基础上,并联1台组合式中间介质换热器,2台换热器切换使用.改进措施很好地解决了上述问题.
Abstract
The phenomena of long cold storage time of cold energy utilization device on LNG fishing vessel and solidification of cold storage agent in LNG-cold storage agent heat exchanger are analyzed and studied.The causes of the problems are found:the temperature measurement position of the cold storage a-gent storage tank is not good,the heat exchange effect of LNG-cold storage agent heat exchanger is not good or the freezing point of the cold storage agent is high.The experiment found that the freezing point of the cold storage agent meets the process requirements,there-fore,the temperature measurement position of the cold storage agent storage tank and the equipment form of the LNG vaporizer are improved.Based on the spiral coil vaporizer in the original process,one combined in-termediate medium vaporizer is connected in parallel,and two vaporizers are switched for use.The improve-ment measures have solved the above problems well.
