摘要
阐述国内外储气库发展现状,分析商业储气库运营模式(配套运营模式、独立运营模式)及运营实践,提出运营模式建议及政策支持建议,提出商业储气库运营企业宜探索多样性的储气服务方式.
Abstract
The development status of gas storage reservoirs at home and abroad is described.The opera-tional modes(supporting operation mode and independ-ent operation mode)and practices of commercial gas storage reservoirs are analyzed.Suggestions on opera-tion modes and policy support are put forward.It is suggested that commercial gas storage operation enter-prises should explore diverse gas storage service modes.
