Design of Urban Utility Tunnel Engineering in a Pilot City in Northern China
The overall design(including the de-termination of pipeline in utility tunnel,cross-sectional design of utility tunnel and vertical design of utility tunnel),the main node design(including pipeline branches,feeding ports,ventilation openings,personnel entrances and exits,connection channels between the monitoring center and utility tunnel and intersections)and the design of ancillary facilities(including drain-age system,fire protection system,ventilation system,power supply and distribution and lighting system and monitoring system)of the utility tunnel engineering in a city(installation of DN 1 200-1 400 mm ultra-large diameter heating pipeline in utility tunnel)are dis-cussed.The structural design,design characteristics and cost savings are analyzed.
