利用聚丙烯(PP)中空纤维膜组装成逆流式膜组件,采用实验方法,对加湿工况、除湿工况膜组件特性影响因素进行研究.加湿工况:加湿量随空气质量流量增大而增大,随溶液质量流量增大而增大.加湿效率随空气质量流量增大而减小,随溶液质量流量增大而增大.除湿工况:除湿量随空气质量流量增大而增大,随溶液质量流量增大而增大.除湿效率随空气质量流量增大而减小,随溶液质量流量增大而增大.
Experimental Study on Characteristics of Counter-current Hollow Fiber Membrane Modules
Polypropylene(PP)hollow fiber membrane was used to assemble counter-current mem-brane modules,and the influencing factors of membrane module characteristics under humidification and dehu-midification conditions were studied by experimental methods.Humidification condition:The humidification amount increases with the increase of air mass flow rate and solution mass flow rate.The humidification effi-ciency decreases with the increase of air mass flow,and increases with the increase of solution mass flow.De-humidification condition:The dehumidification amount increases with the increase of air mass flow and solution mass flow rate.The dehumidification efficiency decrea-ses with the increase of air mass flow,and increases with the increase of solution mass flow rate.
