摘要

进行现场制作、预制架空保温管制造工艺对比,介绍节能滑动支架、节能固定支架结构,分析比较支架散热损失.与现场制作架空保温管相比,预制架空保温管在保温结构、保护层(外护管)、支架、制造效率、运输、现场存放、使用寿命等方面更优.与传统滑动支架相比,节能滑动支架的散热损失明显下降.节能固定支架由于存在热桥,仍存在一定程度的散热损失.

Abstract

The on-site production process and prefabricated overhead insulation pipe manufacturing process are compared.The structure of energy-saving sliding bracket and energy-saving fixed bracket is intro-duced,and the heat dissipation loss of brackets is ana-lyzed and compared.Compared with overhead insula-tion pipes made on site,prefabricated overhead insula-tion pipes are superior in terms of insulation structure,protective layer(outer protective pipe),bracket,manu-facturing efficiency,transportation,on-site storage,serv-ice life,etc.Compared with the traditional sliding bracket,the heat dissipation loss of the energy-saving sliding bracket is significantly reduced.The energy-saving fixed bracket still has a certain degree of heat dissipation loss due to the presence of a thermal bridge.
