摘要

以MW级双罐熔盐储热系统为研究对象,建立熔盐储热罐熔盐(太阳盐)熔化过程数学模型,对熔化过程传热特征、电加热管表面温度的影响进行模拟分析.在熔盐受热初期,传热方式以导热为主.随着电加热管周围熔盐熔化,液相区传热方式以自然对流传热为主.提高电加热管表面温度,有利于扩大液相区域占比,促进对流传热.

Abstract

Taking the MW level dual-tank molten salt heat storage system as the research object,a mathe-matical model of the molten salt(solar salt)melting process in the molten salt heat storage tank is estab-lished.The heat transfer characteristics in the melting process and the influence of the surface temperature of the electric heating tube are simulated and analyzed.In the early stage of heating the molten salt,the heat trans-fer method is mainly thermal conduction.As the molten salt around the electric heating tube melts,the heat transfer in the liquid phase zone is mainly through natu-ral convection.Increasing the surface temperature of the electric heating tube is conducive to expanding the pro-portion of the liquid phase zone and promoting the natu-ral convection heat transfer.
