直埋高温热水管道非开挖修复技术研究与应用

结合工程实例,对适用于直埋高温热水管道的非开挖修复技术(穿插内衬管法修复技术)可行性进行探讨.结合工程实例,给出内衬管外直径、材质、壁厚的确定方法.穿插不锈钢管作为内衬管,对两个管道间的空隙进行灌浆处理,对直埋高温热水管道进行非开挖修复是可行的,实际运行情况良好,达到了预期的修复效果.
Research and Application of Trenchless Repair Technology for Directly Buried High-temperature Hot Water Pipelines
Combined with the engineering ex-ample,the feasibility of the trenchless repair technology(inserting lined pipe repair technology)for the directly buried high-temperature hot water pipelines is dis-cussed.The methods of determining outer diameter,material and wall thickness of lined pipes are given based on the engineering example.It is feasible to car-ry out trenchless repair of the directly buried high-tem-perature hot water pipelines by inserting stainless steel pipe as the lining pipe and grouting the gap between the two pipes.The actual operation is good and the ex-pected repair effect has been achieved.
