Study on Heat Consumption for Heating Passive Residential Building in Severe Cold Region Based on Data Mining
The heat consumption for heating a passive residential building in Harbin was tested and analyzed after it was put into operation. The measured heat consumption for heating for three consecutive years was 61.30,56.46 and 63.37 kW·h/(m2·a),respectively.The measured heat consumption for heat-ing was corrected according to the Chinese standards, with the indoor temperature correction and climate cor-rection of 1.76 and 10.57 kW·h/(m2·a),respec-tively,accounting for 2.78%and 17.15%of the annu-al heat consumption for heating before the correction. The measured annual heat consumption for heating was corrected according to the German standards, with the indoor temperature correction and climate correction of 12.32 and 20.59 kW·h/(m2·a),respectively,ac-counting for 19.44%and 40.33%of the annual heat consumption for heating before the correction.Consid-ering that residents open windows due to excessive room temperature, the actual annual heat consumption for heating should be lower than the calculated 30.46 kW·h/(m2·a).
