摘要
对近年来国内外光伏电池板(简称光伏板)降温技术的研究进展进行综述,分析各类降温技术优缺点.对于空冷方式,相同工况下,强制对流循环冷却的降温效果优于自然对流循环冷却.水冷方式的降温效果优于空冷方式.表面式水冷降温效果显著,水膜可降低光伏板表面太阳辐射反射损失,可清除光伏板表面覆盖的灰尘.相变材料降温效果较好,但相变材料热导率较低,传热速率较慢.热管冷却、射流喷射式冷却、微通道冷却效果突出,但是成本较高,维护比较困难.
Abstract
The research progress in photovoltaic panel cooling technology at home and abroad in recent years is reviewed,and the advantages and disadvanta-ges of various cooling technologies are analyzed.For the air cooling method,under the same operating condi-tions,the cooling effect of forced convection circulation cooling is better than that of natural convection circula-tion cooling.The cooling effect of the water cooling method is better than that of the air cooling method.Surface water cooling has a significant cooling effect,and the water film can reduce the loss of solar radiation reflection on the surface of the photovoltaic panel and remove dust covered on the surface of the photovoltaic panel.The cooling effect of phase change materials is better,but their thermal conductivity is lower,and the heat transfer rate is slower.Heat pipe cooling,jet in-jection cooling and micro-channel cooling have out-standing effects,but the cost is high,and the mainte-nance is difficult.
