摘要
分析国内外油气企业甲烷减排措施,结合中国城镇燃气企业特点,从控制甲烷逸散、控制放空作业、运营维修方面阐述城镇燃气企业甲烷减排措施,提出城镇燃气行业应逐步建立甲烷排放核算体系,建议城镇燃气企业通过开展排放源识别、甲烷排放实测,建立甲烷排放核算体系,各企业定期核算并上报甲烷排放量,实现甲烷控排.
Abstract
The measures for methane emission reduction in domestic and foreign oil and gas enterpri-ses are analyzed.Combined with the characteristics of urban gas enterprises in China,the measures for meth-ane emission reduction in urban gas enterprises are e-laborated from the aspects of controlling methane es-cape,controlling venting operations,operation and ma-intenance.It is proposed that urban gas industry should gradually establish a methane emission account-ing system.It is suggested that urban gas enterprises should establish a methane emission accounting system by conducting emission source identification and meth-ane emission measurement.Each enterprise should regularly account and report methane emissions to a-chieve methane emission control.
