摘要
对燃气热水锅炉非正常振动成因与对策进行探讨.燃烧器火焰稳定性、烟气流动合理性、烟(风)道结构强度、炉膛结构强度等均对锅炉振动产生影响.应从烟风系统、机械系统、水系统等方面入手,采取必要措施消除燃气热水锅炉非正常振动.
Abstract
The causes and countermeasures of abnormal vibration of gas hot water boiler are dis-cussed.The flame stability of the burner,the rationality of the flue gas flow,the structural strength of the flue(air)duct and the structural strength of the furnace all have an impact on the vibration of the boiler.Necessa-ry measures should be taken to eliminate the abnormal vibration of the gas hot water boiler from the aspects of flue gas system,mechanical system and water system.
