严寒地区某高校办公建筑人的开窗行为研究

为了探讨严寒地区某高校未开启空调时段办公人员的开窗行为规律,对哈尔滨市某高校办公建筑室内温度、室外温度对人的开窗行为的影响进行研究.受上班事件影响,开窗动作主要发生在8:00-9:00.当室内温度为24.5~25.4 ℃时,开窗动作占比最大,达到19.0%.当室内温度为27.5~28.4℃时,开窗概率最高,为66.0%.当室外温度为22.5~23.4 ℃时,开窗动作占比最大,达到8.4%.开窗概率随着室外温度升高整体呈波动并上升趋势.室内温度、室外温度开窗行为模型能较好地预测严寒地区办公建筑人员的开窗行为.建议办公建筑合理设定空调温度,有效降低空调运行能耗.
Study on Window Opening Behavior of Office Workers in a University in Severe Cold Region
In order to explore the window open-ing behavior of office workers during the period when air conditioner is not turned on in a university in severe cold region,a study was conducted on the influence of indoor and outdoor temperatures on people's window o-pening behavior in office buildings of a university in Harbin City.Affected by work events,the window o-pening action mainly occurs from 8:00 to 9:00.When the indoor temperature is 24.5-25.4 ℃,the propor-tion of window opening action is the highest,reaching 19.0%.When the indoor temperature is 27.5-28.4 ℃i,the probability of opening windows is the highest,at 66.0%.When the outdoor temperature is 22.5-23.4 ℃,the proportion of window opening action is the high-est,reaching 8.4%.The probability of opening win-dows fluctuates and increases overall with the increase of outdoor temperature.The window opening behavior models of indoor temperature and outdoor temperature can better predict the window opening behavior of of-fice workers in severe cold region.It is recommended to set the air conditioning temperature reasonably in of-fice buildings to effectively reduce the energy consump-tion of air conditioner operation.
