摘要

对复合电池的自放电性能、长时间存储后的放电性能、低温下电池放电性能等进行了测试研究,对比了锂电池和复合电池的性能.复合电池在常温下年自放电率为0.18%,几乎不影响其10 a的使用寿命.复合电池在正常使用180 d后,电池内阻没有显著增加;在放置2 a后,电池电压仍能满足智能燃气表的使用要求,几乎无钝化现象.与锂电池相比,复合电池在自放电、钝化、耐低温环境方面性能较好,能更好地支撑智能燃气表在更宽的温度范围及较长生命周期中使用.

Abstract

The self-discharge performance,the discharge ability after long-term storage and the dis-charge performance at low temperatures of the compos-ite batteries were tested and studied.The characteris-tics and performance of lithium batteries and composite batteries were compared.The annual self-discharge rate of composite batteries at room temperature is 0.18%,which hardly affects their 10-year service life.After 180 days of normal use,the internal resistance of composite batteries does not significantly increase;After being placed for 2 years,the battery voltage still meets the requirements for the use of intelligent gas meters,with almost no passivation phenomenon.Compared with lithium batteries,composite batteries have better performance in self discharge,passivation and low tem-perature resistance,which can better support the use of intelligent gas meters in a wider temperature range and longer life cycle.
