Optimization Design of Pressure Isolation Station for Long-distance Heating Network
Combined with an engineering exam-ple,the equipment and pipeline layout of the pressure isolation station are introduced,and the optimization design of the pressure isolation station for the long-dis-tance heating network is analyzed.The finite element software Start is used to verify the stress of pipes and fittings,as well as the force and bending moment at the interface of the heat exchanger.In the actual engineer-ing design,in order to meet the requirements of the force and torque at the interface of the heat exchanger,the natural compensation method or the addition of compensators should be considered in combination with the actual conditions such as investment and on-site in-stallation space.
