Analysis of Compensation Scheme for Large-diameter Heating Pipeline Jacking Crossing Railway
The compensation schemes of large-diameter heating pipeline jacking crossing railway are compared.Compensation schemes include scheme 1 without compensation,scheme 2 compensated and scheme 3 self-compensation.The stress analysis on the pipeline is carried out,and the overall stress level of the pipe section is ranked from high to low as scheme 1,scheme 2 and scheme 3,among them the overall stress level of scheme 1 is higher,and the stress of in-dividual nodes exceeds the standard.Both scheme 2 and scheme 3 meet the stress requirements.The engi-neering costs of scheme 2 and scheme 3 are not signifi-cantly different and both are technically feasible.From the perspective of engineering construction and opera-tion safety,scheme 3 is adopted.
