摘要

分析建立及实施严格的燃气用PE管道物料(PE混配料、PE管材、PE管件)技术标准、制定供应商质量评审规范、进货检测结果的有效性评估的必要性.通过分析PE电熔焊接工具要求、关键环节、PE电熔能量与环境温度的关系,提出不同环境温度下PE电熔能量范围.

Abstract

The necessity of establishing and im-plementing strict technical standards for PE pipeline materials(PE compound,PE pipes and PE fittings)for gas use,developing supplier quality review standards,and evaluating the effectiveness of incoming inspection results is analyzed.By analyzing the requirements of PE electrofusion welding tools,critical electrofusion steps and the relationship between PE electrofusion en-ergy and environmental temperature,the energy range of PE electrofusion under different environmental tem-peratures is proposed.
