基于事故分析的高压燃气管道管材类型选择

对建设、服役中油气管道、高压燃气管道管材问题进行统计分析并提出相关建议.基于不同管材类型的事故统计,高频电阻焊钢管事故数量最多,其次为无缝钢管和螺旋缝埋弧焊钢管,暂无直缝埋弧焊钢管事故分析.无缝钢管和螺旋埋弧焊钢管事故原因,在生产过程中较为分散.高频电阻焊钢管事故原因集中于管材焊缝缺陷,以及管材焊缝夏比冲击试验结果不满足要求.优先选择工程实践证明事故率相对较低的管材类型,选用高频电阻焊钢管应选择质量控制措施严格、业内知名度高的生产厂家.提高并统一高压燃气管道用钢管为GB/T 9711-2023《石油天然气工业管线输送系统用钢管》中PSL2级别,技术规格书明确关键要求,并严格逐项检查核实.
Selection of Pipe Types for High-pressure Gas Pipelines Based on Accident Analysis
The statistical analysis on the pipe material problems of oil and gas pipelines and high-pressure gas pipelines during construction and service is made,and relevant suggestions are put forward.Based on accident statistics of different pipe types,high-frequency resistance welded steel pipes have the highest number of accidents,followed by seamless steel pipes and spiral submerged arc welded steel pipes.There is currently no analysis of accidents in longitudi-nal submerged arc welded steel pipes.The causes of accidents in seamless steel pipes and spiral submerged arc welded steel pipes are relatively scattered during the production process.The causes of accidents in high-frequency straight seam welded pipes are mainly focused on defects in the pipe weld seam,and the re-sults of Charpy impact test on the pipe weld seam do not meet the requirements.It is recommended to prior-itize the selection of pipe types with relatively low acci-dent rates proven by engineering practice.When selec-ting high-frequency resistance welded steel pipes,manufacturers with strict quality control measures and high reputation in the industry should be selected.The steel pipe used for high-pres-sure gas pipelines is improved and unified to PSL2 level in Petroleum and Natural Gas Industries—Steel Pipe for Pipeline Transportation Systems(GB/T 9711-2023),the technical specifications should clearly define the key requirements,and each item should be strictly checked and verified.
