20 large and above gas accidents in-volving industrial and commercial user were investiga-ted.The causes of accidents can be divided into direct and indirect causes.The direct causes are the unsafe behavior of humans and the unsafe state of objects.The indirect reason is the failure to strictly implement laws,regulations and standards such as Safety Opera-tion Law,Regulations on Administration of City Gas,and Project Code for Gas Engineering(GB 55009-2021).Judgment information can be found in 8 acci-dents,a total of 20 people were sentenced to criminal judgment,15 for the crime of major responsibility acci-dents,and 5 for the crime of dangerous goods,all of which were sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment.Gas accidents involving industrial and commercial users have a significant impact on social and public safety,and after the occurrence of gas accidents,the principal responsible person and relevant practitioners may be investigated for criminal responsibility,which should be paid high attention to.
