摘要

采用半定量评估法对聚乙烯燃气管道失效可能性进行评估,结合聚乙烯燃气管道特点,考虑第三方破坏、管道固有危害、管道腐蚀危害、管理不到位危害、服役环境5个因素,建立了聚乙烯燃气管道失效可能性评估模型.根据层次分析法确定失效可能性评估模型的权重计算方法,得出各因素的权重,并进行一致性检验.对某地3个聚乙烯燃气管段失效可能性进行了评估,得出的结果与实际情况吻合度较高.

Abstract

The semi-quantitative evaluation method was used to evaluate the failure possibility of polyethylene gas pipeline.Combined with the charac-teristics of polyethylene gas pipeline,an evaluation model for failure possibility of polyethylene gas pipeline was established by considering five factors:third-party damage,inherent hazards of pipeline,corrosion hazards of pipeline,inadequate management hazards and serv-ice environment.The weight calculation method of the failure possibility evaluation model was determined by the analytic hierarchy process,the weights of each fac-tor were obtained,and the consistency test was carried out.The failure possibility of three polyethylene gas pipeline sections in a certain area was evaluated,and the results obtained were highly consistent with the ac-tual situation.
