对结构及运行工况、颗粒物沉积磨损对火管式废热锅炉传热影响的研究进展进行综述,对后续研究进行展望.后续研究包括:研究不同颗粒物特性参数对废热锅炉传热性能的影响;应用计算流体动力学对火管式废热锅炉换热烟管内沉积磨损情况进行预测,将颗粒物特性参数对换热烟管沉积磨损的影响进行量化;对换热烟管内外同时进行模拟研究;分析不同管子排布方式对废热锅炉换热性能的影响,选取最佳排布方式.
Research Progress on Heat Transfer in IGCC System Fire-tube Waste Heat Boiler
The research progress on the influ-ence of structure,operating conditions and particle dep-osition and wear on heat transfer of fire-tube waste heat boiler is reviewed,and the follow-up research is pros-pected.The subsequent research includes:investigating the influence of different particle characteristic parame-ters on the heat transfer performance of waste heat boil-ers;Applying computational fluid dynamics to predict the deposition and wear inside the heat exchange tubes of fire-tube waste heat boiler,and quantifying the influ-ence of particle characteristic parameters on the deposi-tion and wear of the heat exchange tubes;Conducting simulation research on both the inside and outside of the heat exchange tubes simultaneously;Analyzing the influence of different tube arrangements on the heat transfer performance of waste heat boilers and selecting the optimal arrangement method.
