以某汽-水换热系统为研究对象,对水击的成因进行分析,提出消除措施.汽-水换热系统的凝结水应尽量重力排放,依靠蒸汽背压排放的换热系统应在管道低点或局部低点设置手动泄水阀,用于换热系统长时间停机后再次启动过程中的排水.多台汽-水换热器并联运行时,宜采取多台换热器同时运行、同步调节的控制策略.
Causes and Elimination Measures of Water Hammer in Steam-Water Heat Exchange System
Taking a steam-water heat exchange system as the research object,the causes of water hammer are analyzed,and the elimination measures are proposed.The condensate of the steam-water heat ex-change system should be discharged by gravity as much as possible,and the heat exchange system that relies on steam back pressure discharge should be equipped with a manual drain valve at the low point or a local low point of the piping system for the drainage of the heat exchange system during the re-start process after a long shutdown.When multiple steam-water heat exchangers are operated in parallel,it is advisable to adopt the control strategy of simultaneous operation and synchro-nous adjustment of multiple heat exchangers.
