黑龙江省居住建筑第四步节能指标限值研究

通过对锅炉效率和管网输送热效率的调研分析和计算,结合第三步节能标准数据和对第四步节能的预期,确定了黑龙江省居住建筑第四步节能目标:第四步相对于黑龙江省第三步节能标准节能30%.以哈尔滨多层建筑为例,根据其不节能时的供暖耗煤量指标,计算供暖耗热量指标,计算得到哈尔滨多层建筑相对于不节能建筑的总节能率为72.4%,建筑物节能率为57.1%.对黑龙江省10个典型城市,依照哈尔滨的算法计算各类建筑物供暖耗热量指标及节能率,计算出黑龙江省典型城市第四步节能下平均总节能率为72.7%,平均建筑物节能率为57.6%.计算得到黑龙江其余城市的第四步节能各类建筑物供暖耗热量指标限值,各城市都基本达到第四步节能标准,整体达不到理论上的节能75%.
Research on the Fourth Step Energy-saving Index Limit for Residential Buildings in Heilongjiang Province
Through the research,analysis and calculation of boiler efficiency and pipe network trans-mission heat efficiency,combined with the standard da-ta in the third step of energy-saving and the expecta-tions for the fourth step of energy-saving,the target in the fourth step of energy-saving for residential buildings in Heilongjiang Province has been determined:The fourth step is to save 30%energy compared to the standards in the third step of energy-saving in Hei-longjiang Province.Taking multi-story buildings in Harbin as an example,according to the coal consump-tion index for heating when it is not energy-efficient,the heating heat consumption index is calculated,and the total energy-saving rate of multi-story buildings in Harbin relative to non energy-efficient buildings is 72.4%,and the energy-saving rate of buildings is 57.1%.For 10 typical cities in Heilongjiang Prov-ince,the heating heat consumption index and energy-saving rate of various buildings are calculated accord-ing to Harbin's algorithm.The average total energy-sav-ing rate under the fourth step of energy-saving in typi-cal cities in Heilongjiang Province is calculated to be 72.7%,and the average building energy-saving rate is 57.6%.The limit values of heat consumption index for heating various types of buildings in the fourth step of energy-saving in other cities in Heilongjiang Province are calculated.All cities basically have been met the standards in the fourth step of energy-saving,but over-all they have not been reached the theoretical energy-saving rate of 75%.
