The research progress on phase-change materials for heat dissipation and thermal pro-tection of electronic devices is introduced.Applying low-temperature phase-change materials to the heat dis-sipation system of electronic equipment can effectively improve the heat dissipation efficiency and reduce the temperature of the equipment,so as to ensure the sta-bility and reliability of the equipment.In order to en-sure the stability and reliability of the heat dissipation performance of phase-change materials,it is also neces-sary to precisely control their temperature and extend their cycle life.Low-temperature phase-change materi-als also have great application potential in the thermal protection of electronic devices,but there are problems such as difficulty in temperature control and long cool-ing time,which need to be comprehensively considered according to specific needs and application conditions in practical applications.
