地铁盾构隧道施工对天然气管道的影响

利用Peck公式以及有限元分析软件,分析地铁盾构隧道施工对天然气管道的影响.利用Peck公式计算得到沉降影响范围以及管道层最大沉降量,沉降影响范围约为43.1 m,管道层最大沉降量为11.77 mm.据此,可以计算得出管道的曲率半径为19 705 m,满足标准要求.利用三维岩土有限元分析软件Midas GTS对天然气管道进行仿真模拟,得到沉降影响范围约为50.0 m,管道最大沉降量为13.9 mm.Peck公式计算结果与仿真模拟结果接近,Peck公式及仿真模拟均能较好地计算地下施工过程中地层的沉降.
Influence of Metro Shield Tunnel Construction on Nature Gas Pipeline
Peck formula and finite element anal-ysis software are used to analyze the influence of metro shield tunnel construction on natural gas pipeline.Peck formula is used to calculate the subsidence influ-ence range and the maximum subsidence of pipeline layer.The subsidence influence range is about 43.1 m,and the maximum subsidence of pipeline layer is 1.77 mm.According to this,the curvature radius of the pipeline can be calculated to be 19 705 m,which meets the standard requirements.The three-dimensional geotechnical finite element analysis software Midas GTS is used to simulate the natural gas pipeline,the subsid-ence influence range is about 50.0 m,and the maxi-mum subsidence of the pipeline is 13.9 mm.The cal-culation results of Peck formula are close to the simula-tion results,and both Peck formula and simulation can well calculate the ground subsidence during under-ground construction.
