摘要

通过对电动自行车集中充电设施定性讨论,建议将其按用电设备管理.建议对于燃气立管,将立管半径5 m范围内作为安全控制范围,不得设置集中充电设施,也不得停放电动自行车.对于水平干管,主要考虑垂直距离,当水平干管距离地坪高度小于等于4.5 m时,半径5 m范围内为安全控制范围,不得设置集中充电设施,也不得停放电动自行车;当水平干管距离地坪高度大于4.5 m时,半径3 m范围内为安全控制范围,不得设置集中充电设施,也不得停放电动自行车.

Abstract

Through qualitative discussion on centralized charging facilities for electric bicycles,it is recommended to manage them as electrical equipment.It is recommended to set a safety control range within a radius of 5 meters for gas risers,and not to install cen-tralized charging facilities or park electric bicycles.For horizontal main pipes,the main consideration is the vertical distance.When the height of the horizontal main pipe from the floor is less than or equal to 4.5 meters,the safety control range is within a radius of 5 meters,and centralized charging facilities should not be set up,nor should electric bicycles be parked;When the height of the horizontal main pipe from the floor is greater than 4.5 meters,the safety control range is within a radius of 3 meters,and centralized charging fa-cilities should not be set up,nor should electric bicy-cles be parked.
