从学术史的角度出发,本文对一件作者权和时代归属模糊的名作——传北宋赵佶摹唐张萱《捣练图》—进行了新的研究.通过对《捣练图》的收藏史、出版史和图像语境的考察,本文勾勒了这件手卷绘画进入现代美术史写作并被塑造成为古代美术史经典作品的历程.与将它置于唐代艺术语境中来看的观点不同,本文将植根于宋代语境来观看此画,以更好地理解宋代社会为何要塑造带有浓郁唐风的纺织图像.
In the Aura of Masterpiece:"Court Ladies Preparing Newly Woven Silk"in the History of Art
From the point view of academic history,this essay makes new exploration on"Court Ladies Preparing Newly Woven Silk"(Dao Lian Tu),a controversial masterpiece both in its author and dating issue.Through investigations on the history of collecting,publishing and pictorial context of the handscroll,the essay outlines its ways to the modern art historiography and to be canonized.Instead of situating the handscroll in art context of the Tang Dynasty,the essay argues for viewing the painting in the context of the Song Dynasty,so that we can better understand the making of a Tang style textile producing picture in Song period.
