The Combination of Two Pieces of Evidence Supports the Finding that the Jiajing Edition of Li Dai Ming Hua Ji is Actually the"Wang Shi Hua Yuan"Series In the Second Year of the Wanli Reign(1574)
About the Jiajing edition of Li Dai Ming Hua Ji,records from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China of"half woodblock,eleven lines",which is Ming's reprint version of Song.The versions in these book series of Ye Dehui、Fu Zengxiang and Miao Quansun are mostly the same,which proves that among these five types of editions with the same name,including version font,line format and text taboos,spaces and publication notes.It can be inferred that there is a continuation and coexistence relationship between the original Song version and the Ming Dynasty editions of the five types of titles with the same name.In addition,relying on the arguments of Jiang Gongtao and Wang Chongmin,we have re-corresponded the description of Yunyang's first edition in the chronicle with its book shadow collected by the Taipei Library,and confirmed that the eleven volumes of the Wang's Painting Gallery in the collection were the Nine Types of Hui Ke collected by the former Ye Dehui.It has established the corresponding relationship between the existing physical objects and the documentary records.It was finally confirmed that Wang's Painting Gallery's first edition was made in the second year of Wanli."It may be thought that it was carved in Jiajing,but this is not correct."
