Evaluation on the Intensity of Urban Construction Land Use Based on Low-Carbon Concept:A Case Study of Haikou City
In the background of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China ,Chinese leader delivered a report including“inten-sive resource utilization”and“support of energy-saving and new energy sources”.We take Haikou City as an example,and explore the evaluation on the intensity of urban construction land use based on low-carbon concept,to provide the reference for the countermeasures of land intensive use of Haikou Cit-y.Through the multi factor comprehensive evaluation method,we establish the model of evaluation indexes of the construction land's intensive usage in Haikou city based on the concept of low-carbon at first.Then,we calculate the weights and analyse them according to the authoritative information.After rigorous analysis,we find that:In Haikou City,the input level,output efficiency and low carbon level are considerable,but the use degree and sustain-ability need to be optimized.Except Longhua District,other districts have different degrees of potential space.
