黄陵智能化无人工作面开采系统集成设计与实践

基于黄陵一号煤矿十盘区1.4~2.2m较薄煤层首个智能化无人工作面开采的实践和总结,针对八盘区1.8~2.8m煤层设计了升级版智能化无人开采工作面系统集成配套方案,优化并完善了工作面智能化控制系统,应用高清摄像仪、高精度行程传感器和调控装置实现工作面割煤高度和直线度精准控制;应用高速截割栗煤机和智能型刮板输送机实现采运双向协同控制;通过设计开发新型电液控制系统,实现工作面巷道带式输送机自移机尾、转载机自移、超前支架的自动化远程控制;该系统可实现工作面和巷道内成套装备智能化协同控制和采煤全过程自动化无人生产,系统具备年产400万t的生产能力.
Design and practice of integrated system for intelligent unmanned working face mining system in Huangling coal mine
Based on the practice and summary of the unmanned working face mining system in 1.4 ~ 2.2m thin seam of No.10 panel in Huangling coal mine,the paper designed an upgraded system integration package scheme,for intelligent unmanned mining face system in1.8 ~ 2.8m coal seam of No.8 panel.The intelligent control system was optimized and improved.Precise control of cutting height and linear degree was realized using HD video camera,high precision travel sensor and control device.Coordinated control of mining operation was realized with high speed cutting coal mining machine and intelligent scraper conveyer.And a new type electric hydraulic control system was designed and applied,to achieve self-advancing of belt conveyor tail and reversed loader,and the automatic remote control of advanced hydraulic support.The system can realize intelligent and coordinated control of complete equipment in working face and roadway,and whole process automatic coal mining,with a production capacity of 4.0Mt/a.
