分析了我国煤矿水害区情况、事故类型及特点,基于我国水害事故抢险科学施救成功的案例,研究了煤矿水害事故科学快速救援程序,即:启动应急预案、成立抢险指挥部,收集地质与防治水资料、及时制定救援方案,调遣队伍与装备实施救援,救援结束后,进行总结和评估,根据事故救援暴露的问题,对应急预案进一步完善。
Scientific and quick rescue for water hazards of coal mines
The paper analyzed conditions, accident types and characteristics of coal mine water hazard areas in China, and on the basis of successful cases of scientific rescue, studied the scientific and quick rescue for water hazards of coal mines, the process of which were as follows:firstly, the accident features must be submitted to the relative administration in time and a rescue scheme shall be made quickly; secondly, a rescue headquarter shall be established to recognize the damage features and plan the detailed rescue scheme with a result of a perfect rescue conducted; finally, on finishing the rescue task, the rescue scheme shall be evaluated and improved according to the problems appeared in the rescue operation.
