Influence of structural parameters on wall wear of hydrocyclone
The wear of hydrocyclone wall affects its service life and classification efficiency.In view of the serious wear of the hydrocyclone wall,the flow field inside the hydrocyclone and the movement characteristics of solid particles are analyzed using Fluent software;then,the influence of inlet type and underflow port diameter on the wall wear of hydrocyclone is studied.A set of hydrocyclone wall wear test device was built to conduct wear test,and compared with the results of numerical simulation,the accuracy and reliability of the simulation model were verified,which provided a basis for the structural optimization of hydrocyclone and the proposal of wear prevention measures.
