气化细渣残炭的低温活化及其在超级电容器中的应用

为了高值化利用煤炭气化细渣,以气化细渣残炭为原料,KOH为活化剂,制备了具有多孔结构的碳材料.首先探究对比了不同碳碱质量比对制得的活性炭的结构和电化学性能的影响,结果表明:在N2 气氛下、500℃活化 90 min、碳碱质量比为 1 ∶ 2 时,活化的气化细渣残炭(CK-2)具有更好的电化学性能,在电流密度为 0.5 A/g 时,其质量比容量达到 86 F/g,表现出了良好的倍率性能,较之前未处理的气化细渣残炭提高了约 1.5 倍.然后,将筛选的活化材料CK-2 为活性物质组装为对称型电容器,在 2 A/g的电流密度下,能量密度达到 4.72 W∙h/kg;10000 次循环后,电容能保持初始值的89%,表现出了较优的能量密度及循环稳定性.
Low-temperature activation of residual carbon from gasification slag and its application in supercapacitors
In order to produce high-value products with gasification fine slag,carbon materials with porous structure were prepared by using residual carbon from gasification fine slag as the raw material and KOH as the activator.Firstly,we explored and compared the effects of different carbon-base mass rations on the structure and electrochemical properties of the prepared carbon materials.The results showed that the activated residual carbon of gasification slag(CK-2)had better electrochemical properties,which was prepared at 500℃for 90 min under N2 atmosphere,and carbon to base mass ratio of 1 ∶ 2.The mass specific capacity of CK-2 reached 86 F/g at a current density of 0.5 A/g,showing a good multiplicative performance,that was about 1.5 times higher than that of the previously untreated the residual carbon of gasification slag.Secondly,the selected activated material CK-2 was assembled into a symmetrical capacitor,the energy density of the supercapacitor reached 4.72 W·h/kg at a current density of 2 A/g.After 10000 cycles,the capacitance was able to maintain 89%of its initial value,showing better energy density and cycling stability.
