Application of active advance support technology with anchor cable in entries of Bulianta Coal Mine
In order to achieve unmanned and understaffed fully mechanized mining face in Shendong mining area, and reduce the labor intensity of workers, based on the conditions of 22406 fully mechanized working face in Bulianda Coal Mine,we studied the scientificness and rationality of active advance support of anchor cable in the main roadway of the working face by combining theoretical analysis and field measurement.Based on the supporting model of solid coal roadway on both sides and the calculation and analysis of relevant parameters,we verified that the advancing support form of"row distance of 3 m,2 sets per row"between the special anchor cable designed for the main roadway roof and the original support met the requirements of the working face advance support.According to the force monitoring of the anchor bolt(cable)in the advance support section, the influence range of the advance abutment pressure was about 42 m,the advance pressure was larger in the range of 10~26 m away from the working face, and the statistical stress concentration coefficient was 1.23~1.50.According to the displacement monitoring of the surrounding rock surface, the main roadway began to deform under the mining influence at about 35 m from the working face.During the mining, the maximum roof subsidence was 16 mm,the maximum floor heave was 42 mm,the maximum side-to-side convergence was 45 mm.The surrounding rock deformation was effectively controlled using the anchor cable reinforcement advance support.
