Deformation mechanism and surrounding rock control of advance heading in fully mechanized working face
In response to the large deformation in advance heading of coal mining face,influence of the movement characteristics of the overburden structure to deformation of the advance heading at the end of the mining face was studied.The mechanism of roof cutting and pressure relief of the advance heading and the key parameters of roof cutting were analyzed,and the field test was carried out.The results show that the root cause of the deformation was the downward movement of the arc triangle roof,which caused the weight and load acting on the roof of the heading during the mining face advancement,and the advance and lateral abutment pressure concentrated during the process.By effectively cutting off the linkage effect between the roof above the heading and the roof of the working face,the single shed support was replaced by the advance heading,and the cumulative deformation of roof and floor was 1/5 of the original,the cumulative displacement of the two sides was 1/3 of the original.
