Research and application of advance support technology for large section entry
To explore the advanced support technology for large section entry,with the main transportation entry of 31205 working face in Cuncaota No.2 Mine as the engineering background,on-site investigation,theoretical mechanics analysis,and FLAC3D numerical simulation were used to analyze the feasibility of replacing single hydraulic props with active advance support.Based on the mechanism of active advance control,a technical scheme of advance support for reinforcement in the center of the roof was proposed.Field monitoring indicated that the maximum displacement of the roof,floor and two sides under the active advance support were 21 mm and 23 mm,respectively.According to the monitoring of anchor cable axial force,the anchor cable of active advance support was timely loaded.Moreover,the drill-peeping results showed that the integrity of the surrounding rock was good,which verified the feasibility of the scheme.This technology can meet the requirements of safe and efficient production,and promote the intelligent development of working face.
