厚煤区采动影响下电视信号塔调平纠偏技术应用研究

为解决煤厚变化区域地表移动变形造成广播电视信号铁塔基础沉降、塔身变形甚至失稳倾覆,影响电视信号铁塔正常安全运行、降低煤炭资源采出率的问题,对白坪煤业公司 13031 工作面地表电视信号铁塔进行了动态保护加固技术,在对地表移动和铁塔变形计算分析和现场监测的基础上,试验应用了铁塔地基精准注浆加固技术和动态调平保护技术,在铁塔基础及周边布置钻孔进行渗透注浆加固,提高地基强度、补偿地基下沉;改造固定铁塔基础为高度可调式基础,当铁塔基础倾斜度接近5 mm/m,及时通过塔基高度调节系统控制四个塔基高度,降低塔基倾斜变形.现场应用结果表明,13031 工作面距电视信号铁塔中心-200~+180 m范围,出现塔基倾斜度 2 次大于4 mm/m,及时采用塔基动态调平装置对四个铁塔基础进行调平,工作面采动影响地表变形活动期铁塔倾斜度均小于许可上限5 mm/m,工作面回采期间广播电视信号铁塔正常安全运行.
Deviation correction technique for TV signal tower above thick coal seam mining area
In order to solve the problems of the deformation and instability of the tower body caused by the surface movement and deformation above the thick coal seam mining area,which affect sthe safe operation of the TV signal tower and reduces the coal resource recovery rate,the dynamic protection and foundation reinforcement technology was studied for the signal tower above 13031 coalface of Baiping Coal Company.Based on the calculation and analysis of ground movement and tower deformation and the on-site monitoring,the precision grouting reinforcement technology and the dynamic leveling protection technology was applied for TV signal tower protection.In order to improve the strength of the foundation and compensate the subsidence of the foundation,the tower foundation was reinforced with drill-grouting.The fixed tower foundation was transformed into a adjustable foundation.When the tilt of the tower foundation is close to 5 mm/m,the height of tower foundation can be controlled through adjusting the foundation height in time to reduce the tilt deformation.According to the application results,the tilt of the tower surpassed 4mm/m twice while the 13031 working face was mined within the range of-200~+180 m from the center of the TV signal tower.Along with grouting reinforcement,the tower was leveled twice with dynamic leveling device.The tower tilt deformation value was less than the upper limit during the mining surface deformation activity period.The signal tower was kept in good operation condition.
