不同沿空留巷开采工艺比选研究及工程应用

沿空留巷工艺决定着煤矿的回采效率及经济收益,以沙曲煤矿 4303 工作面为工程背景,对充填沿空留巷、切顶沿空留巷和充填体外切顶沿空留巷三种留巷工艺进行比选研究.首先,采用位移变分法对比分析了三种不同沿空留巷方式的顶板下沉量.其次,运用FLAC3D 数值模拟软件建立了不同沿空留巷方式计算模型,分析了三种留巷方式下煤帮侧向支承应力及围岩变形规律.结果表明:①对于侧向支承应力:充填体外切顶沿空留巷<切顶沿空留巷<充填沿空留巷;②与充填沿空留巷相比,切顶沿空留巷的顶板下沉量与底鼓量分别降低了 14.3%、16%,充填体外切顶沿空留巷的顶板下沉量与底鼓量分别降低了 23.8%、12%;③对于留巷成本:充填沿空留巷和切顶沿空留巷相近,充填体外切顶沿空留巷成本最高.最后,将切顶沿空留巷在沙曲煤矿 4303 工作面进行了应用,取得了良好的应用效果.
Comparison and selection of different gob-side entry retaining methods and the engineering application
The technology of gob-side entry retaining determines the mining efficiency and economic benefits of coal mines,and the reasonable method of gob-side entry retaining should be selected based on engineering geological conditions.Taking the 4303 working face of Shaqu Coal Mine as the engineering background,three types of entry retaining techniques were compared.Firstly,the displacement variational method was used to compare the roof subsidence of the three gob-side entry retaining methods.Secondly,FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to establish calculation models for different gob-side entry retaining methods,and the lateral support stress of solid coal slope and surrounding rock deformation laws under the three retaining methods were analyzed.The results indicate that,the lateral support stress ranks as:retaining with solid backfilling exterior of roof cutting<retaining with cutting roof<retaining with solid backfilling;compared with retaining with solid backfilling,the roof subsidence and floor heave of retaining with cutting roof decreases by 14.3%and 16%,respectively,and the roof subsidence and floor heave of retaining with solid backfilling exterior of roof cutting decreases by 23.8%and 12%,respectively;the cost of entry retaining ranks as:entry retaining with solid backfilling is similar to retaining with roof cutting,and the cost of retaining with solid backfilling exterior of roof cutting is the highest.Finally,based on the above research,the gob-side entry retaining with roof cutting was applied and favorable application effect was achieved.
