Study on the measurement and optimization of the integrated construction technology in Caojiatan coal mine
During applying the complete set of equipment for intelligent and fast tunneling-bolting for large section coal roadway in Caojiatan Coal Mine,the equipment and tunneling process didn't coordinate,and the parallel operation could not be achieved.Based on the existing technology and equipment,in order to improve the parallel operation rate of integrated tunneling and bolting,on-site research,on-site monitoring,theoretical analysis,and numerical simulation were carried out.Based on the actual measurement of the excavation working face process,personnel configuration,and various process times,quantitative and theoretical research was carried out,and optimization was carried out in cutting,temporary support,permanent support,maintenance,and daily management.At the same time,combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the influence of anchor density and length on the deformation of tunnel surrounding rock was studied.On the premise of ensuring safe support,a support scheme of reducing and lengthening bolt density was proposed.That is,while ensuring the original support strength,the support time was shortened by increasing the length and spacing of anchor bolts,thus to improve support efficiency,and achieve parallel operations of tunneling-bolting synchronization.
