Design of integrated liquid supply control system based on cloud-edge-end architecture
In order to meet the development needs of intelligent integrated liquid supply in underground coal mines,an integrated liquid supply control system based on cloud-edge-end architecture was designed,to deal with low degree of autonomous decision-making in current liquid supply control system,which could not meet the increasing demand for data communication capabilities.Field industrial bus and industrial Ethernet composite communication technology were used to enhance the data communication ability.Cloud-edge-end architecture was adopted to reduce the data transmission delay and save the resources of the central computing unit.The control effect of pressure flow of the system was optimized by the frequency conversion-unloading linkage control algorithm and the step unloading algorithm of pump station group.The overall system architecture,hardware design scheme and software design scheme were introduced,and the underground industrial test was carried out.The research results showed that,the system was able to improve the communication bandwidth to meet the needs of use,the design structure was reasonable,the pressure fluctuation range was reduced,and the intelligent development of integrated liquid supply system of fully mechanized mining face in coal mine was promoted.
