Layout of coal preparation plant of four mines in the north of Xinjie Taigemiao mining area
In order to give full play to the advantages of one main body integrated development in the Xinjie Taigemiao mining area,the layout schemes of coal preparation plants for the four mines were compared,which were developed at early stage in the north of the area,considering the location of each mine field in the mining area.Adhering to the development concept of"intensive,sharing,green,economic and efficient",the ideas of one plant for each mine and one four-mines coal preparation plant were abandoned,and a layout of building two two-mines coal preparation plants was selected.The scheme greatly saves the land area,improves the utilization efficiency of infrastructure facilities,saves energy and materials consumption,reduces the construction investment and operating costs,improves the efficiency of all personnel and design efficiency.The case can offer reference for the layout of multi-mines coal preparation plants with similar conditions.
