摘要
数字化转型是破解煤炭产业发展瓶颈、推动煤炭行业转型升级、实现高质量发展的重要手段.为探究煤炭企业数字化转型建设实施路径,通过总结煤炭产业数字化转型发展现状,提出全面提升数字能力、深入挖掘数据价值、大力推动经济转型三大重点任务;指出集团侧应从数字基础、安全生产调度、业务财务融合、流程化协同办公、运维保障五个维度开展转型建设;提出煤矿侧应做实数据传输能力提升建设、数字化网络建设、煤矿智能化建设、智能化感知平台建设、综合管控信息系统建设.研究认为,数字化转型应实现生产运营安全智能、经营管理高效敏捷、生产设备泛在互联、业务运行全面在线、数据要素价值凸显.
Abstract
Digital transformation is an important mean to break the bottleneck of coal industry development,promote the transformation and upgrading of coal industry and achieve high-quality development.In order to explore the implementation path of digital transformation construction of coal enterprises,by summarizing the current situation of digital transformation development of coal industry,we put forward three key tasks of comprehensively improving digital ability,deeply excavating data value and vigorously promoting economic transformation.It is pointed out that the group side should carry out transformation construction from five dimensions:digital foundation,safe production scheduling,business and financial integration,process collaborative office,operation and maintenance guarantee.It is proposed that the coal mine side should improve the construction of data transmission capacity,digital network construction,coal mine intelligent construction,intelligent perception platform construction,comprehensive management and control information system construction.It is believed that digital transformation should realize the safe and intelligent production and operation,efficient and agile management,ubiquitous interconnection of production equipment,comprehensive online business operation,and prominent value of data elements.
