Development and application of a new type battery support carrier for thin coal seam
It is difficult to transport the thin coal seam hydraulic support with explosion-proof diesel engine support carrier.Aiming at this problem,we analyzed the role of the support carrier in the multi-channel retracement of the thin coal seam mining face,and determined the function parameters of the new battery support carrier for thin coal seam mining.We designed the bearing function structure to match with the thin coal seam support,analyzed the characteristics of the vehicle axle load distribution and the adaptability of the driving mode.Designed the switched reluctance motor drive system and the electric feedback braking system,and analyzed the charging and discharging characteristics of the large-capacity special lead-acid battery.We also pointed out the use and maintenance of the battery and the method of improving the endurance mileage,and introduced the related intelligent configuration and advanced technology of the vehicle.According to the industrial test results,the performance of the new thin coal seam battery support carrier fully meets the use requirements.
