Mine areas planning environmental impact assessment for underground water protection and orderly development
To better design the planning environmental impact assessment(PEIA)for underground water protection and orderly development,we took the general PEIA of Xinjie Taigemiao mining area in Shendong Coal Base as an example.Based on the mine area general layout and the environmental characteristics of surrounding underground water resources,we analyzed the space conflicts between mine area layout and the underground water resource.Considering the effect of mining on Hongjiannao underground water system in south part of the mine area,we optimized the overall development plan, capacity, and orders for this mine area.It turned out a harmony between orderly development and environmental protection by dealing with the conflict between them.
