Working face layout of protected layers of contiguous seams at rock burst mines
Mining protective layers is an effective method to prevent coal mine rock burst disaster. The face location in protective layers is vital for rock burst prevention.Regarding to how to quantize the face locations of protective layers at rock burst mines,we take Hulusu Coal Mine as a research target.Set up semi-infinite plane vertical load model and analyze the distribution characteristics of high stress coal zones in protective layers. We simplify the face layout of protective layers into the selection of an optimal horizontal offset.Mathematically, create an optimal horizontal offset Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)structural model of optimal horizontal offsets, solve the weight matrix of each factor layer versus the target layer, establish the Fast Lagrangian Analysis of Continuum(FLAC2D)numerical model and define the value range of the horizontal offsets, and obtain the optimal horizontal offset within the value by weighted calculation. The research results show that:There are three high stress areas in the coal body of the protected layer, including one side of the goaf, two sides of the goaf coal pillar area and the stress recovery area, and two stress reduction areas in symmetrical distribution; The range of horizontal offsets favorable for main roadway excavation, maintenance and face recovery is 50~75 m,80~140 m and 40~100 m respectively;Based on the AHP method, the optimal horizontal offset for excavation, maintenance and recovery in main roadways is L=60 m.The research results can provide a reference for the face layout of the protective layers under similar conditions.
