为了推进煤矿智能化转型升级,提升煤矿安全生产水平,增强煤矿企业的核心竞争力,对胜利能源储运中心地面生产集控系统进行了智能化升级设计.在提高装备可靠性和工业自动化水平的基础上,以现代信息技术和人工智能技术为手段,以集成和利用全流程信息资源为起点,以自动化、信息化、智能化的管控平台为依托,兼顾储运中心实际生产、管理与销售情况,制定智能化储运中心"执行层、管理层、决策层和平台层"的总体架构,建立"平台协同运营、工厂智能生产"两个层面的业务控制管理系统,通过机器学习模型及优化算法分析、发掘和发挥数据源的价值,实现储运中心业务全流程的智能化生产、管控协同与服务模式创新.
Design of intelligent construction plan for storage and transportation center of Shengli Energy Company
In order to promote the intelligent transformation and upgrading of coal mines,improve the safety production level of coal mines,and enhance the core competitiveness of coal mining enterprises,the intelligent upgrade design of the ground production centralized control system of Shengli Energy Storage and Transportation Center was carried out.On the basis of improving equipment reliability and industrial automation level,using modern information technology and artificial intelligence technology,starting from the integration and utilization of full process information resources,relying on automation,informatization,and intelligent control platforms,taking into account the actual production,management,and sales situation of the storage and transportation center,the overall architecture of the intelligent storage and transportation center was formulated,comprising execution layer,management layer,decision-making layer,and platform layer;and a business control management system was established at two levels of platform collaborative operation and factory intelligent production.By using machine learning models and optimization algorithms to analyze,explore,and leverage the value of data sources,the intelligent production,control collaboration,and service model innovation throughout the entire business process of storage and transportation centers were achieved.
